Many suggested that she should consider writing a recipe book. This became a reality when The Caversham Press celebrated it’s 25years and with an astounding exhibition touring the world Boston University Press suggested that they publish Plates Full. Â

The First Edition printed by Boston University Press was a sell out and a Limited Second Edition has been printed here in Durban.
