Need it delivered?
We offer to your door shipping with Bob Go, giving you the best rates from a host of Courier Companies.
We will notify you when your order is ready to ship and provide you with the the tracking number once it is on it’s way to you.
Live in the KZN Midlands?
Should you reside in or around Howick, KZN, you can also collect your order from a designated collection point in Howick itself at no cost.
How long must you wait?
Please allow approximately 2-3 days processing time for new orders, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. We always try and get our orders off to their new homes as quickly as possible, however should there be any delays we will notify you via email.
Delivery time once with the courier takes 2 to 5 days depending on the area you reside in . Most deliveries take 2-3 days.
Not happy with your order?
If you are not happy with your order for any reason you can return it within 7 days of delivery, in it’s orginal packaging should this apply. We can either replace the item or refund you.
Unfortunately we do not offer any returns or refunds on cut lengths of fabric.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please contact us directly should you be based outside of South Africa and would like to order from us. We will provide you with a shipping quote should you require one, alternatively you may organise the shipping yourself should you have a preferred Shipping Company.
Unfortunately, the cost of any returns will be for the clients account. Should you not be happy with your purchase please do contact us and we can see if we are able to assist in anyway.
Please note that there are NO returns on cut lengths of fabric, in South Africa or Internationally.
